Business Entity Formation

Tax Planning

We provide practical tax solutions to high net worth individuals, private businesses, and financial institutions. We advise our clients on the tax implications of their estate plans, business structures and investments.

Employment

We assist our clients in defending against workplace claims, including civil rights claims, claims of harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and unlawful employment practices, including unpaid wages and overtime pay.

Art Law

Santa Fe is home to one of the largest art markets in the country, and host to many art festivals, including Indian Market.  We represent clients in art and cultural property law. We handle all types of commercial litigation involving art, and advise private individuals, corporate and commercial clients on art law matters.
