Bond Issues
Our municipal law attorneys have served as bond counsel, issuer's counsel and underwriter's counsel on numerous financing obligations. We assist our clients in preparing municipal bonds, including bond elections, and general obligations and revenue bonds. Our school law attorneys are well-versed in school finance and are ready to offer guidance and advice regarding school finance issues
