Education and Background

Mr. Grimmer was born in Perth-Andover, New Brunswick, Canada in 1963. He graduated from Venice High School, Los Angeles, California in 1981. Mr. Grimmer served in U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer, Second Class from 1983 to 1987. Following his military service, he received a Bachelor of Art in business administration in 1991 from the College of Santa Fe. In 1994, Mr. Grimmer was awarded both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Memberships and Professional Affiliations

  • Admitted to the New Mexico bar in May, 1994.
  • Admitted to practice in Federal Courts and Bankruptcy Courts.
  • Associate with Scheuer, Yost & Patterson, P.C. beginning in 1998.
  • Has handled transactions, litigation and appeals, primarily in the areas of commercial law, real estate and family law.
  • Member of the First Judicial District Bar.
